The American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS) is pleased to offer $250 Medical Student Travel Grants to qualified medical student members attending the AAO-HNSF 2026 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO, October 17–20, 2026, in Los Angeles, California. These grants help defray the cost of attendance, giving students the opportunity to explore the specialty, attend cutting-edge education sessions, and network with thousands of otolaryngologists from around the world.
Application Deadline: July 29, 2026, 11:59 PM (ET) | Applicants will be notified by mid-August.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting this application, I, the undersigned, affirm that I have read and agree to the following terms. If selected as a grant recipient, I understand that I must:
- Be a current AAO-HNS medical student member in good standing at the time of the meeting.
- Submit a completed ACH Authorization Form and W-9 Form to the Academy, as grant funds will be deposited directly into my bank account in advance of the Annual Meeting.
- Register for and attend the AAO-HNSF 2026 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO (October 17–20, Los Angeles, CA) and provide documentation confirming attendance.
- Acknowledge that this grant may not be combined with any other AAO-HNS Annual Meeting travel grant. While I may apply to multiple Academy grants, I may receive only one Annual Meeting travel grant per cycle.
