The AAO-HNS is pleased to offer $1,500 Young Physician Travel Grants to qualified young physicians attending the AAO-HNSF 2026 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO, October 17–20, 2026, in Los Angeles, California. These grants are exclusively available to AAO-HNS members within the first 1–5 years of practice.
Application Deadline: July 29, 2026, 11:59 PM (ET) | Applicants will be notified by mid-August.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting this application, I, the undersigned, affirm that I have read and agree to the following terms. If selected as a grant recipient, I understand that I must:
- Be a current AAO-HNS member in good standing, within the first 1–5 years of practice, at the time of the meeting.
- Submit a completed ACH Authorization Form and W-9 Form to the Academy. Grant funds will be deposited directly into my bank account following the Annual Meeting, upon verification of attendance.
- Register for and attend the AAO-HNSF 2026 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO (October 17–20, Los Angeles, CA) and provide documentation confirming attendance.
- Attend the Young Physicians Section (YPS) General Assembly, taking place Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 4:00 pm (PT).
- Participate in one of the following 2027 AAO-HNSF programs: apply for a committee (applications open November 1, 2026), attend the OTO Forum (April 2–3, Arlington, VA), or participate in Congressional Advocacy Hill Day (May 3, Washington, DC).
- Acknowledge that this grant may not be combined with any other AAO-HNS Annual Meeting travel grant. While I may apply to multiple Academy grants, I may receive only one Annual Meeting travel grant per cycle.
