Resident Leadership Travel Grant

Open to current AAO-HNS resident members & fellows-in-training in good standing. Recipients must attend the SRF General Assembly on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 9:30 am (PT).

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application, I, the undersigned, affirm that I have read and agree to the following terms. If selected as a grant recipient, I understand that I must:

1. Be a current AAO-HNS resident member in good standing at the time of the meeting.
2. Submit a completed ACH Authorization Form and W-9 Form to the Academy. Grant funds will be deposited directly into my bank account following the Annual Meeting, upon verification of attendance.
3. Register for and attend the AAO-HNSF 2026 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO (October 17–20, Los Angeles, CA) and provide documentation confirming attendance.
4. Attend the Section for Residents and Fellows-in-Training (SRF) General Assembly, taking place Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 9:30 am (PT).
5. Acknowledge that this grant may not be combined with any other AAO-HNS Annual Meeting travel grant. While I may apply to multiple Academy grants, I may receive only one Annual Meeting travel grant per cycle.

Harry W. McCurdy, MD Resident Leadership Travel Grant (Military Residents)

Open to current AAO-HNS resident members who are active U.S. military residents. This grant honors the legacy of Col. Harry W. McCurdy, MD, a career military otolaryngologist and foundational AAO-HNS/F leader whose dedication to resident education, mentorship, and military medicine continues to inspire the next generation of otolaryngologists. Recipients must attend the SRF General Assembly on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 9:30 am (PT).
